We are a management company with over 100 combined years experience in both residential sales and management of investment properties. Our business offers a variety of services to our owners of investment property. Listing, advertising and procuring tenants for a property is the first step. We undertake an extensive screening process with credit and criminal background checks before we approve a prospective tenant, however, we do not stop once the home is occupied with a responsible tenant. After completing an extensive move-in report which details the condition of the property at move in, our property managers work closely with the tenant to ensure the home remains in good condition throughout the tenancy. During the lease, we typically make one to two inspections of the property to check on the interior and any potential exterior problems that may have escaped the notice of the tenant. If we feel the property is not being properly maintained, then additional inspections will be scheduled as well as conferencing with the tenants regarding the care.
